eVA Agent is a product of HéloPep , a talent intelligence company that has spent years working alongside staffing firms, RPOs, BPOs, and enterprise TA teams across India. Through that work, we saw the same pattern everywhere: recruiters spending 70–80% of their time on tasks that shouldn't require human attention at all.
